We come together on Zoom to keep fitness alive.
Low Impact
Total Body Workout that focuses on building strength, stability and conditioning utilizing smaller exercises and circuits with lighter resistance. No Floor Movements.
Recommended Equipment
Light dumbbells or kettlebells
Resistance Bands
Family Fitness
Opportunity for families to exercise together. Individuals also welcome.
Bodyweight-based High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuits with games for engagement of all-ages.
Focus on core & legs

Core + Recovery
Abdominal workout followed with full-body stretching. Upper and lower body stretch positions to extend muscles and decrease tension. Foam rolling at end of class

Focus on glutes & hamstrings, includes mat exercises

Strength
Total Body Workout with higher intensity. Focus of Resistance is on POWER (heavier weights). More jumping and floor movements with longer circuits.

Cardio Kickboxing (CKB)
Cardio kickboxing with energizing music. Punch & kick combinations at your own pace. Finesse punches & kicks to burn and maximize muscle expenditure.
